I was getting overcharged for what I had so I switched to Mediacom. We have TV, internet and phone services with them. Their reps were very, very helpful and the installation was really good. Their service has been good, so far. I just had one little issue when our cable went out last Thursday for a couple of hours, but I think that was more because of weather in the area. Other than that, the service has been fine. We use their TV service for entertainment for the most part. I have a one-year-old who loves the Disney channel and he likes to watch. When he has certain shows that come on, he gets really excited. Mediacom has more options, as far as channels are concerned, that my husband likes as compared to what we had before. Overall, our experience has been good. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We were having cable trouble and phone troubles and Mediacom discovered the problem which took 3 visits, but it was fixed and our problem was solved. They were very patient and persistent in finding the cause of our problems, it turned out that it was wiring and we needed a new cable line. We had been using the same cable line since we began with Mediacom a long time ago.

Honestly, I wish that Mediacom Cable was available where we live, not just at our vacation home! We love them! We never seem to have a problem, and I LOVE being able to speak with a live human on a relatively short phone call! It is so easy to upgrade or downgrade our television programming! I would highly recommend Mediacom to anyone!

Mediacom was the only cable company that worked. My wife didn’t take any chances with service interruptions, so we switched over to them. They always did a good job and were courteous and helpful. I live in an apartment now and had no service, and I just got my refund check for it. My wife used to watch TV all day long. Their TV service is good and I would recommend.
Mediacom provides services that pleases customers. Always open to suggestions and criticism that ultimately improve services, Mediacom believes that “Our customers make us.”
If I ever want to know about a company’s service I go for the customer reviews, they tell a better story about the quality of the company. These reviews clearly show the satisfaction of these customers and I’d suggest you give Mediacom a try for incredible TV, phone and internet services!
